Terms and conditions.

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT where shown.

2. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once we receive a signed quotation or purchase order and any agreed deposit. Trade accounts are invoiced on agreed credit terms.

3. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates. We will tell you as soon as possible if a manufacturer delay affects your order.

4. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We will help you register and manage any claim with the brand.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or by fitting products not suited to the site conditions.
