Returns policy.

1. Checking your delivery

Please check every item on delivery and tell us about any damage or missing parts within 48 hours.

2. Returning unused items

Stock items can be returned within 14 days if unused, in their original packaging and with the invoice.

3. Items we cannot accept

Special orders, cut or installed products, and items without original packaging cannot be returned.

4. Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method or as credit on your account within 10 working days.

5. Faulty products

If a product is faulty after installation, contact us and we will arrange inspection and a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
